Quick hair styles for wet hair?

my hair is or should i say was naturally straight..


see, before i got a haircut at the salon, my hair was straight, but after i got layers, my hair would be all wavy and frizzy if my hair is air dried. and if i wash my hair every other day, the day i DONT wash my hair, its kinda frizzy but really wavy.





so i have TWO questions.





1. any hairstyles that i could do with wet hair?


2.why is my hair like this now?(frizzy)
