for a round face and a chin you should deff get it cut to frame your face it will make it appear more square. ask for a face frame the shortest piece should start by ur nose and get longer. also if you cut the length a little longer then your shoulders it will make your face appear longer and less wide. also cutting a good amount off it will be less stragly and look more healthy.
