I dont have any web sites but I have twin daughters - into all the fashion mags. The new summer trends are side braids and natural wavy use some gel/mousse and let it air dry once almost dry just slightly hair spray from roots.
Some girls are getting their hair bobbed, but if you're sister is ten she may not want that. Long hair with a cute headband looks great always.
