I was wondering what the best hair style for me would be.
i have very very thick wavy brown hair which is always slightly poofy and if i let it dry naturally and don't run a brush though it goes curly and Very poofy. ugh.
any suggestions?
and don't just say straighten it because that takes around an hour, and i seriously can't be bothered to spend an hour straightening my hair every day, that %26amp; it damages it.Whats the best hair style for thick wavy hair?
Perhaps you could try using hair relaxers/re-texturizers/rebonding-chemicwhich are chemicals that thin down your hair to a more manageable level. You could try asking a salon about it. ;)Whats the best hair style for thick wavy hair?
I have the same kind of hair as you.
What I do is simple:
In the shower, I use the Blue Herbal Essences for dry hair, and I leave the conditioner in for about 2 minutes and rinse it out with cold water.
Then you obviously towel dry your hair, and i wrap the towel around my hair so it can sit like a bun on the top of my head. This takes all excess water out of the hair, for about 4 minutes.
The you can either leave your hair to dry naturally, or go to sleep with damp hair.
In the morning/when your hair is dry, your hair will be shiny because of the conditioner, and it will be smooth, also.
If there is any parts of your hair that is flicking out, you could use the straighteners to curl them into the position that you want them in. You shouldn't need to brush your hair, however, if your roots look too shiny/greasy, then I would run a brush through the roots.
This works for my hair, so no guarantees. The same things don't work for everyone!
Hope this helped you %26lt;3 x
embrace it instead of wasting time with a flat iron. Simply allow your hair to air dry, then add your favorite anti-frizz gel, serum or cream to define the waves or curls. If you want more curl, use a round-barrel brush and blow dry smooth curls, or use a large-barreled curling iron for more bounce. For more tousled, wavy hair, come some of the curls out before adding serum or gel.
Styles would not be correct for that. Did you take utilizing Hair-gel into account (probably by Combe Incorporated or from Daigaku Honyaku Center)
