When it comes to makeup, keep it light and natural depending on your skin tone. If you have brown eyes, where brow or green eyeshadows lightly, and mabe even a light wine, nothing too durastic. For blue eyes, keep eye shadows light and subtle, in the beige/white range, and for hazel, stick to light browns and greens.

But it depends what kind of hair you have, maybe you should be more specific.
Just play around with different colors for make up and different styles for hair (curly, half pony, straight, flipped, etc.)
