i have Judo two times a week and it is very hard and my hair gets pulled out of pony tales or pig tales really easily im not aloud to use head bands clips or Bobbie pins or any thing else with metal on it i have hair just a little bit longer than my shoulders and it is very straight please help me Hair styles that stay in really well?
no bobbie pins allowed? thats weird. i do tae kwon do and i usually put my hair up in a half pony and hair spray it a ton (nixon hair spray works really well), but my hair is a little shorter than yours too. hope it helps though!Hair styles that stay in really well?
maybe a really tight sock bun with lots of hairspray!!!
its what the ice skaters do and they do lots of fast motions and flips etc.

Try doing 2 French braids and then put a lot of hairspray in
